Ingredients:

  • 1 glass (250ml) of buttermilk.

  • A handful of fresh curry leaves.

  • A pinch of himalayan pink salt (for an added touch of flavor).

  1. If you have only curd, then begin by preparing the buttermilk, by mixing curd with water until it achieves a smooth, liquid consistency, then set it aside.

  2. Wash tthe leaves thoroughly and grind the fresh curry leaves, adding a few splashes of water only to extract their essence fully.

  3. Now, Strain the essence of the curry leaves into the buttermilk, infusing it with their vibrant flavor.

  4. Adjust the taste by adding a sprinkle of pink salt according to your preference, ensuring a harmonious blend of flavors.

  5. Mix thoroughly and drink.
